We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Mobility Operating System (MOS) — NoTraffic’s SaaS platform that powers all ITS applications and operational workflows used by traffic agencies. This is a pivotal, hands-on role responsible for transforming MOS into an AI-powered Traffic Operations Platform, enabling agencies to shift from reactive troubleshooting to proactive, intelligence-driven traffic management.

Your day to day will look like:

• Define and own the end-to-end MOS platform roadmap spanning central management & monitoring dashboard, user management, platform APIs, and 3rd party integrations and more.
• Orchestrate cross-team efforts, providing a clear and coherent “game plan” considering short and long terms
• Act as a subject matter expert, bridging product development with customers' needs and industry standards.
• Operate independently with stakeholder trust, making effective, well-communicated decisions.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and represent the product in internal and external forums

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience leading a B2B SaaS platform
• Proven experience delivering complex solutions 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Background in products involving IOT edge devices 
• Background in NMS systems
• Experience with data platforms, analytics, or AI-driven systems
• Familiarity with real-time or autonomous systems
• Experience operating in regulated or public-sector environments
