NoTraffic Product Compliance Statement
Build America, Buy America (BABA) Declaration

The following memorandum outlines compliance with the Buy America, Build America (BABA) rThe following memorandum outlines NoTraffic’s compliance with the Build America, Buy America (BABA) requirements as mandated by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) for its:
- Nexus Unit
- Sensor Unit (Camera & Radar)
Under 23 CFR § 635.410, as further explained in 90 FR 2932, the final assembly of manufactured products used on Federal-aid highway projects must occur in the United States for any project obligated on or after October 1, 2025. NoTraffic certifies that the final manufacturing step takes place in the USA.
Additionally, the cost of the components that are mined, produced, or manufactured in the United States must be greater than 55 percent of the total cost of all the components for the manufactured product for any project obligated on or after October 1, 2026. NoTraffic has reviewed the component costs of each product listed above. For each product, NoTraffic certifies that more than 55 percent of the total cost of all components is attributable to components mined, produced, or manufactured in the United States.
Based on the foregoing, NoTraffic certifies that the products listed above comply with the applicable BABA requirements for Federal-aid highway projects.
