Description
NoTraffic is looking for an experienced SDR Lead to own and scale our outbound and account-based motion in the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) market.
This role combines hands-on SDR execution with Account-Based Marketing (ABM). You will be responsible for converting interest into pipeline- from cold outreach and inbound MQL qualification to tailored, account-specific engagement and meeting setting.
You will work closely with Marketing and Sales to define target accounts, personalize messaging, and ensure a smooth handoff from MQL to SQL, ultimately driving qualified meetings and revenue growth.
Your day to day will look like:
- Lead and execute all SDR activities, including outbound, ABM, and meeting setting
- Personally engage in outbound activities including cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Own and execute ABM programs, including researching target accounts and tailoring messaging and pitches in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
- Own the qualification and conversion of MQLs to SQLs
- Track and report on key metrics including MQL-to-SQL conversion, meeting set rate, outbound activity, and pipeline contribution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven hands-on experience as an SDR or in outbound sales, including cold calling
- Demonstrated experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and personalized account engagement
- Strong ability to tailor messaging and pitches to specific accounts and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A data-driven mindset with experience using insights to optimize performance
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Hubspot and Apollo preferred)
- Results-oriented, with a strong focus on pipeline creation and revenue impact
