We’re looking for a creative, bold Online Expert & Social Media Specialist to help take our brand and product to the world. This person lives and breathes digital—social, community, content, trends, and performance—and knows how to turn a strong story into consistent visibility, engagement, and demand.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage our social presence end-to-end (strategy, planning, creation, publishing, and optimization).
- Create standout content across platforms (especially LinkedIn, plus X/Twitter, Instagram, Glassdoor, YouTube, etc. as relevant).
- Write high-quality, creative English copy for posts, campaigns, product updates, event and moments.
- Turn complex product/tech into simple, punchy, shareable stories (without losing accuracy).
- Build and manage a content calendar that aligns with launches, PR, events, partnerships, and GTM goals.
- Develop creative formats: short videos, carousels, motion ideas, memes (when appropriate), founder voice, employee advocacy.
- Run social campaigns (organic + paid): audience targeting, briefing creatives, A/B testing, reporting, and iteration.
- Engage with the community: respond, comment, spark conversations, and build relationships with the relevant ecosystem.
- Track and report performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks, leads) and translate insights into actions.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years experience in social/digital marketing in a hi-tech / B2B tech environment
- Excellent English (written and spoken) — you can write like a native-level marketer.
- A creative, bold mindset: strong ideas, strong taste, not afraid to try things.
- Experience with LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, including analytics tools
- Strong project management skills: organized, independent, fast, and consistent.
- A team player who can collaborate with Product Marketing, HR, Design, and leadership.
- Video creation/editing skills and basic design (Canva/Figma).
- Experience managing paid social budgets and campaigns (LinkedIn Ads especially) for B2B tech companies.
- Experience with HubSpot is an advantage
