- Maintaining on-site infrastructure at the Kansas City office, including AV, printers, and access control.
- Deploying endpoints and managing security tools (EDR, MDM, Intune) across macOS, Linux, and Windows.
- Administering M365, Entra ID, Zoom, Slack, and Atlassian under a least-privilege model.
- Managing vendor relationships and executing US-region IT procurement within budget.
- Coordinating with HQ on global infrastructure alignment and site IT projects.

- Networking proficiency: able to independently manage VPN, Wi‑Fi, switches, and firewalls.
- Proven experience with IT vendor management and procurement coordination.
- Strong onboarding/offboarding and asset lifecycle management track record.
- Excellent communication, service orientation, and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
