We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to work closely with cross-functional teams, understand technical hiring needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process to ensure timely, high-quality hires.

Your day to day will include:

• Manage end-to-end hiring processes by planning, initiating, and executing the full recruitment workflow.
• Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews via phone and in-person meetings.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline through initiatives such as referral campaigns, partnerships with recruiting agencies and headhunters, job boards & other strategic sourcing channels.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and continuously optimize recruitment processes.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand and address recruitment needs.
• Foster a team-wide commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a recruiter in a Hi-Tech company, leading end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools, experience with Comeet is a plus.
• Proven expertise in sourcing candidates — a must.
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage a high volume of open positions efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
