We're looking for a Compensation & People Operations Manager to build and own our global compensation operations, People Ops systems, and people data infrastructure.

In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with leaders and stakeholders across the organization to drive scalable compensation programs, sales incentive processes, HR systems and people analytics that enable informed business decisions and support our global growth.

Your day to day will look like:

• Own the company's global compensation programs, including salary benchmarking, salary bands and compensation frameworks.
• Lead the global sales commission planning process and own commission administration, calculations and payout validation in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
• Support global compensation review cycles, equity guidelines and related compensation processes.
• Own and continuously optimize the company's global HR systems.
• Own global People reporting and workforce analytics, including headcount budget tracking and variance analysis.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure scalable processes and reliable People data.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Compensation, People Operations, Total Rewards or HR Analytics within a global technology company.
• Hands-on experience managing global sales commission plans and incentive programs.
• Experience building and maintaining global salary benchmarks, salary bands and compensation frameworks.
• Experience partnering with Finance on compensation, budgeting or workforce reporting.
• Experience managing global HRIS and People data.
• Experience working with global PEO and/or EOR models.
• Experience using AI tools to improve processes, automation or operational efficiency.
• Experience building dashboards and working with BI/reporting tools.
• Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
