We are looking for an experienced VP People to lead our global People organization through its next phase of growth and scale.
This is a temporary maternity leave replacement role for an expected period of 6-8 months.
This role is responsible for defining and executing the company’s People strategy, leading a global team across HR and Talent Acquisition, and partnering closely with executives to build a high-performing organization. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong leadership capabilities, operational excellence, and the ability to effectively support a growing global workforce.
Your day-to-day will look like:
- Partner with the executive team to shape and execute the company’s People strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a global People organization across HR and Talent Acquisition functions.
- Define and implement people policies, frameworks, and best practices that support business growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive company-wide processes including performance management, compensation planning, talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement.
- Partner with leaders across the organization on workforce planning, leadership development, organizational changes, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR practices across global locations, including the U.S.
- Oversee Talent Acquisition strategy and execution to support hiring goals and business growth.
- Lead People Operations and workplace-related activities, including oversight of office administration, facilities management, and ad hoc operational projects as needed.
- Leverage data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Maintain a hands-on leadership approach, providing direct support on critical business and people matters when needed.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including senior leadership roles in high-growth technology companies.
- Experience building and scaling People functions in fast-growing startup or scale-up environments.
- Proven experience leading and developing global HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Significant experience supporting U.S.-based employees, managers, and employment practices.
- Deep knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, organizational development, and performance management.
- Strong experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing organizational decisions.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution capabilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English and Hebrew, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
