Build America, Buy America (BABA) Declaration

The following memorandum outlines compliance with the Buy America, Build
America (BABA) requirements as mandated by the Federal Highway
Administration (FHWA):
- Nexus Unit
- Sensor Unit (Camera & Radar)
As required under 23 CFR § 635.410 and further explained under 90 FR 2932,
the final assembly of manufactured products used on federal-aid highway
projects must occur in the United States for any projects obligated on or after
October 1, 2025. NoTraffic’s final assembly of the manufactured products
listed above will take place in New York.
This letter confirms that NoTraffic’s final assembly of the manufactured
products listed above takes place in New York, USA, and therefore the
products are compliant with applicable BABA requirements.
