We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to work closely with cross-functional teams, understand technical hiring needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process to ensure timely, high-quality hires.
Your day to day will include:
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes by planning, initiating, and executing the full recruitment workflow.
- Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews via phone and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline through initiatives such as referral campaigns, partnerships with recruiting agencies and headhunters, job boards & other strategic sourcing channels.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and continuously optimize recruitment processes.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand and address recruitment needs.
- Foster a team-wide commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
You’d be a good fit if you have:
- At least 4 years of experience as a recruiter in a hi-tech company, leading end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Ability to manage a high volume of open positions efficiently.
- Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools, experience with Comeet is a plus.
- Proven expertise in sourcing candidates — a must.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
