Full Stack Tech Lead

NoTraffic is the world’s leading mobility platform, transforming intersections into connected infrastructure that improves flow, boosts safety, and prepares cities for the autonomous era. We are looking for a Tech Lead to design and develop the toolset that enables scalable and efficient deployment of our flagship product: Traffic Flow Optimization.

This role requires a strong technical foundation in software development, DevOps and cloud infrastructure.

Your day to day will include:

• Building, leading and maintaining scalable and efficient back-end systems to support applications.
• Developing responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces
• Designing complex pipelines and testing frameworks using AWS, Jenkins, Docker
• Developing and maintaining automation processes within the simulation infrastructure.
• Delivering complete features end-to-end, including both back-end and front-end development.
• Providing technical support to the optimization team and traffic engineers.

You’d be a good fit if you have:

• Bachelor’s (or higher) Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in Backend Python, micro-services architecture and Django framework
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks/libraries like Angular or React).
• Experience in DevOps, with proficiency in AWS, docker and Jenkins.
• Strong focus on delivering functional, responsive features.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Good familiarity with Linux
